Czech Republic 5-1 Canada

The Czech Republic took the UFWC title while storming their way to Euro 2004. The unbeaten Czechs topped their Qualifying Group, winning seven out of eight matches, including a 3-1 victory over former holders the Netherlands. With a side including Pavel Nedved of Juventus, Tomas Rosicky and Jan Koller of Borussia Dortmund, and Karel Poborsky of Sparta Prague, the Czechs retained the UFWC title with this impressive victory.
